🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, we may not be able to honor your request.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, one of the following must apply:

The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The product was unusable upon arrival
Packaging was broken or tampered with during delivery

You must also provide:

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
In some cases, a return may not be required—our support team will let you know after reviewing your claim.

⚠️ Partial Refunds & Ineligible Returns

Items not meeting the criteria above may still be eligible for a partial refund:

If the product has been opened but is not defective, a 50% refund may be issued.
