🕒 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, we may not be able to honor your request.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, one of the following must apply:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product was unusable upon arrival
- Packaging was broken or tampered with during delivery
You must also provide:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
- In some cases, a return may not be required—our support team will let you know after reviewing your claim.
⚠️ Partial Refunds & Ineligible Returns
Items not meeting the criteria above may still be eligible for a partial refund:
- If the product has been opened but is not defective, a 50% refund may be issued.
- Returns sent without prior approval or that don’t meet the policy guidelines may not be refunded at all.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or offer store credit instead, based on the condition of the returned item.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items that have been damaged by the customer
- Products that have been used or opened (unless defective)
- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
💬 How to Request a Refund
To begin the refund process:

- Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the next steps
🔁 Refunds for Returned Items
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank
📅 Cancellations – Pre-Orders & Backorders
- You won’t be charged at checkout for pre-order or backordered items
- We store your payment information securely and charge only when the item ships

You may cancel via your account dashboard or by emailing our support team.
⛔ Note: Pre-order or backorder items older than 6 months are not refundable but can be credited to your account as store credit.
