Payment for Pre-Orders & Backorders

Backordered Items
Some products may be temporarily out of stock but still available for purchase. If an item is backordered, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
- Delivery for backorders can vary from a few days to several weeks depending on supplier availability.
- By ordering a backordered item, you are reserving your place in line. Once the item is back in stock, your order will be fulfilled before new orders.

🕒 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, we may not be able to honor your request.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, one of the following must apply:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product was unusable upon arrival
- Packaging was broken or tampered with during delivery
You must also provide:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
- In some cases, a return may not be required—our support team will let you know after reviewing your claim.
⚠️ Partial Refunds & Ineligible Returns
