Corghi EM9250 Professional Wheel Balancer | CompactLine

The Corghi EM9250 is a professional wheel balancer with a easy to read double digital display for reliable wheel balancing.

Display
A double display control panel enables a quick and intuitive selection of the balancing mode and immediate access to the most common operating functions.

Weight Tray
Weight tray ergonomic and functional, it features many large tray to house all different types of weights and the various tools.

Spin Unit
Spin unit derives from the superior models of the B-Series and provides functional features typical of the upper models: reduced cycle time, measuring wheels weighing up to 165.3 lbs. and wheel balancing with inside offset of up to 10.8″ without using additional spacer. The innovative drive and zero maintenance ensure maximum reliability.

Wheel Dimension Detection
Electronic input of wheel diameter and distance with FSP function which automatically activates the balancing programmes, avoiding keypad selection (*). Three modes to position the adhesive weights: with the weight holfer clip (*), with the 6 o’clock laser indicator (*) or manually at 12 o’clock.

Hidden Weight
It keeps rims looking great by dividing the external side balancing adhesive weight into two equivalent weights applied in hidden locations behind the spokes.

Opt Flash
Minimises road noise by allowing the operator to alter the position of the tire on the rim in order to optimise quietness.

Automatic Positioning and LED Illuminator
LED spotlight to light-up the work area and make it easier to clean the rim, check the wheel and apply weights. The adhesive weights can be positioned extremely rapidly using the laser pointer at 6 o’clock.

Support Base
Front support base for balancing wheels up to 110.2 lbs. without fastening the machine to the ground.

Corghi USA Limited Warranty Statement
General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within (7) days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi machines are warranted to be free of defects as follows:

Tire Changers:
A2030, A2024TI, 2024LL, A9824, A9824LL, A9830, A9222, Service Pro 124, Service Pro 324, BC200S, A2002 – (3) years parts and (1) year labor. Additional Transmission Warranty Models: A9222 – (5) years parts only. A2030, A2024TI, 2024LL, A9824, A9824LL, A9830 – (10) years parts only. AM50, AM500, AM5000, Master J, Master Code, Master28 – (3) years parts and (1) year labor. HD700, HD1300, HD1400, Monster TT, HD1800, Service Pro 440, Service Pro 426 – (3) years parts and (1) year labor. NOTE: Rubber pads, air lines, gauges, mount/demount heads, and swabs – (90) day warranty.

Wheel Balancers:
PL60, Service Pro 750, EM9250, EM9280, EM9580, EM9780, EM9980C, ET1450, ET88 – (3) years parts and (1) year labor.

Alignment Machines and Specialty Equipment:
(3) years parts and (1) year labor.

Disclaimer & Limitation on Liability
Corghi USA agreement to repair a tire changer or balancer is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, implies or statutory, including any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner’s lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders for registered members. At checkout, customers may choose to upgrade to a faster shipping method for an additional fee.

International Shipping
International orders do not qualify for free shipping. All international shipments require a shipping fee and an additional handling charge. Customers can select from available shipping carriers during checkout. Rates and delivery options will vary by region and carrier.

Payment for Pre-Orders & Backorders
When you place a pre-order or backordered item, you will not be charged immediately. We securely collect your payment information at checkout and process the charge only once the item ships.

Backordered Items
Some products may be temporarily out of stock but still available for purchase. If an item is backordered, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • Delivery for backorders can vary from a few days to several weeks depending on supplier availability.
  • By ordering a backordered item, you are reserving your place in line. Once the item is back in stock, your order will be fulfilled before new orders.

🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, we may not be able to honor your request.


✅ Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, one of the following must apply:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was unusable upon arrival
  • Packaging was broken or tampered with during delivery

You must also provide:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
  • In some cases, a return may not be required—our support team will let you know after reviewing your claim.

⚠️ Partial Refunds & Ineligible Returns

Items not meeting the criteria above may still be eligible for a partial refund:

  • If the product has been opened but is not defective, a 50% refund may be issued.
  • Returns sent without prior approval or that don’t meet the policy guidelines may not be refunded at all.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or offer store credit instead, based on the condition of the returned item.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items that have been damaged by the customer
  • Products that have been used or opened (unless defective)
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

📅 Cancellations – Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • You won’t be charged at checkout for pre-order or backordered items
